6fusion Connects With $2 Million Venture Capital Debt

   Raleigh, North Carolina  --  IT company 6fusion has garnered $2 million in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

6fusion has created what it calls the Workload Allocation Cube, an algorithm that simplifies the metering, consumption and billing of compute resources.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

6fusion is still seeking $2 million in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
